Virtual Assisted Living Coordinator
A Virtual Assisted Living Nurse plays an essential role in delivering compassionate, technology-enabled care to residents and patients in assisted living environments. Nurses in this role conduct virtual health assessments, monitor wellness changes, coordinate care plans, and facilitate telehealth communication between patients, families, and clinical teams. They ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care by responding to patient needs, documenting clinical updates, and escalating concerns to providers when necessary.
