They maintain smooth practice workflows by facilitating efficient communication between patients and providers, organizing essential records, and proactively addressing administrative needs that enhance patient experience. Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Dental, or Related Field.
- Proven Experience in Dental Administrative and Clinical Support.
- Strong Communication Skills in U.S.-Based English.
- Hands-On Experience with Dental Software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental, etc.).
