Virtual Executive/Legal Assistant
An Executive Assistant (EA) serves as a strategic support partner to the leadership team, ensuring efficient operations and clear communication across the organization. EAs manage executive schedules, coordinate key meetings, facilitate cross-departmental alignment, and act as a central hub for information flow. They handle priority correspondence, prepare executive-level documentation, and support project execution while safeguarding accuracy, professionalism, and organizational confidentiality.
The EA ensures seamless daily operations by anticipating leadership needs, driving follow-through on critical initiatives, and maintaining structured systems that allow executives to focus on high-impact decisions. This role requires exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to operational excellence within a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred, with 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in managing calendars, meetings, travel and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with virtual platforms and administrative tools such as Zoom, Slack and Salesforce.
Skills Required
- Exceptional communication, organization and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Outlook and project management tools.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate executive priorities effectively.

Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, meetings and priorities with accuracy and discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication and seamless onboarding.
- Coordinate projects by tracking progress, following up on action items and maintaining team alignment.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations and documents with exceptional attention to detail.
- Plan and organize meetings, events and conferences, ensuring all logistics and follow-ups are handled efficiently.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, manage itineraries and reconcile expense reports promptly.
- Uphold strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information and supporting executive decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance communication, efficiency and process improvement across departments.
- Conduct research and prepare executive briefs, reports, and summaries to support informed decision-making.
